Shipping within the UK
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery over the Christmas holiday season, unfortunately we are unable to offer express delivery during this period
Standard Delivery - We aim to deliver within 5 working days, a postage and packaging rate of £3.50 is charged on all UK orders. Personalised items will be despatched separately once they are complete (normally within 28 days).
UK Express 48hr Delivery - orders must be received before noon. A postage and packaging rate of £5.95 is charged for this service (UK Mainland Only* & excludes Personalised Items**). No weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries are available.
Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland which will be despatched using our standard delivery service where we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Please see the list of affected postcode areas below for further information
Personalised Items
**Please note personalised items can take up to 28 days to deliver, therefore Express Delivery is not available for these products. Personalised products will be sent separately from the rest of your order.
The Channel Islands
£3.50 standard delivery on all orders where we aim to deliver within 5 working days.
Please note that we do not make any reductions on our prices when supplying non-EU countries. The non-application of VAT involved has been taken into consideration when calculating the postage charge.
EU Countries
Regardless of the size of the order please add £15 post and packing for orders going to any EU country.
Republic of Ireland add £10
BFPO add £6.50
The Rest of the World
Due to the huge variation in shipping costs to different countries we will quote the postage charge via email after the order has been received. This must then be accepted and confirmed before the order is despatched.
Orders will not be accepted if the delivery address is for a different country to the one where the order was initiated and the payment card details are registered.

Due to export and licensing restrictions cosmetics,foods, plants and fireworks (including crackers and indoor sparklers) cannot be ordered from outside the UK.
