RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

We hope that you will be delighted with the goods you have purchased but if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied simply contact us to arrange a return within seven working days for a full refund. Items must be returned as packaged, unopened and unused and in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs and we are unable to accept returns of personalised items, perishables, CD’s, DVD’s and jewellery unless they are faulty.

This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You can contact us by e-mail or by telephone, or by using contact details below.
  • We will ask the reason for the return and give you a Returns Number.
  • The Returns Number will need to be marked on the returns label overleaf where indicated.
  • Peel off the Returns Label and apply securely to your parcel and take to your local Post Office. We always recommend you request proof of posting and please make sure the correct postage is applied.

For larger items we will advise you when you contact us whether we need to arrange collection.

Please note: Unless goods are faulty we will be unable to accept returns for credit or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.
