We hope that you will be delighted with the goods you have purchased but if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied simply contact us to arrange a return within seven working days for a full refund. Items must be returned as packaged, unopened and unused and in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs and we are unable to accept returns of personalised items, perishables, CDís, DVDís and jewellery unless they are faulty.
