RETURNING OR EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

We hope that you will be delighted with the goods you have purchased but if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied simply contact us to arrange a return within 14  days for a full refund. Items must be returned as packaged, unopened and unused. We are unable to accept returns of personalised items, perishables, CD’s, DVD’s and jewellery unless they are faulty.

This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You can contact us by e-mail, or by using contact details below.

  • We will need to know the reason for the return and will then give you a Returns Number.
  • The Returns Number will need to be marked on the returns label included with your original delivery, where indicated.

For larger items we will advise you when you contact us whether we will need to arrange collection.

Please note: Unless goods are faulty we will be unable to accept returns for a credit or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.
