Hassle Free Returns


All orders placed between October 1, 2018 and December 24, 2018 are protected under our extended returns window. This means that the same policy as below still applies, but the returns window is extended to January 31, 2019. For exact terms and conditions for returns, please read below.


We hope that you will be delighted with the goods you have purchased but if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied simply contact us to arrange a return within seven working days for a full refund. Items must be returned as packaged, unopened and unused and in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs. We are unable to accept returns of personalised items, perishables, CD’s, DVD’s and jewellery unless they are faulty.

This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.

  • We will need to know the reason for the return and will then give you a Returns Number.
  • The Returns Number will need to be marked on the returns label included with your original delivery, where indicated.
  • Peel off the Returns Label and apply securely to your parcel.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office for despatch by Royal Mail. We always recommend you request a 'Proof of Posting' and please make sure you apply the correct postage.

For larger items we will advise you when you contact us whether we will need to arrange collection.

Please note: Unless goods are faulty we will be unable to accept returns for credit or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.
